Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments, as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return? Email us at support@dcorie.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Are there any return shipping fees? No. For approved returns, Dcorie provides a prepaid return label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
What if my item arrives damaged? If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
